RICOCEL ES-3261A

Ricocel ES-3261A is a laminate material made of glass cloth with an extremely high chemical-resistance epoxy resin. This material is particularly durable at high temperatures and flux chemicals of lead free soldering, compared to other composites. It is an ESD safe material; therefore, it protects components from electrostatic discharges. It is mostly used as PCB carrier or solder pallet in its various soldering processes.


According to numerous tests, Ricocel has proven excellent results in dimensional stability, water absorption and chemical attack (flux). Also, the machining workability is superior compared to other composite materials, allowing machining of thin walls and pallet bottom up to 0.5mm thickness. Ricocel offers increased life -time of soldering tools, superior structure stability for precise soldering process and flexibility in design even with thin walls.


Applications: Full solder wave process, SMT and selective soldering process, component insertion, SMT paste soldering, SMT placement, reflow soldering and PCBs testing.
