COMPOSITE PHENOLICS AND EPOXY MATERIALS
CDM Durapol is a Composite material made of glass mat, combined with a high mechanical resistance resin system. Due to the excellent retention of mechanical strength at high temperatures, the structural composition of CDM and Durapol materials prevents deformation during the different process operations. This ensures pallet longevity and permits extensive production cycles.
Static and electrostatic discharges (ESD) damage electronic components and circuits every day. Using Durapol will allow charges to move slowly out of the circuit and will ensure the quality of your production. The glass mat substrate minimizes delaminating problems during machining. CDM materials can substitute metallic solder frames with great advantages and have been developed to have a better withstand towards chemicals.
Applications: Full solder wave process, SMT and selective soldering process, component insertion, SMT paste soldering, SMT placement, reflow soldering and PCBs testing.
